Vacation homes block area

Vacation homes and their outbuildings may be built onto the buildings sites marked within the block area. Only one building may be built onto each site, and the first number marked on the building site plan indicates the maximum gross surface area allowed. in addition, surface area for utilities which is not included in the total permitted building volume can be in one or more buildings, but is not to exceed the second number as marked on the building site plan. at least one parking space is to be built for each residence.

The buildings are to be constructed so that the adapt to the landscape without large embankments, excavations, or high pillars. cutting down trees, making changes to the natural terrain, and ditching is to be avoided wherever possible. The buildings are to have ridge roofs, unless the buildings committee grants a concession to this for some special reason. A dark shade of felth roofing or something similar is to be used.

The facade materials of the buildings should be standardized within each block, and colors should be kept mainly in dark shades or gray. Bright colors are not allowed, and the buildings should blend well into the landscape. The Agriculture- and Forest management area

In addition to the forest management operations, the agriculture and forest management area which belongs to the buildings sitem allows for paths, skitrails, and snowmobile tracks, as long as no trees are cut down unnecessarily, and the natural vegetation of the sountryside damaged as little as possible.

Boat shore

Rowboats and light motorboats may be kept in the boat shore at either the beach or at the boat dock. Boats may also be stored here in winter. Lightly builts shelters be built in the indicated areas.

Should an area be damaged in the process, it is to be repaired back into itīs natural state.

Unbuilt parts of the site are to be left in a natural state.

buildings are to be placed at least five meters from the building site border.

As long as the sewage waters are not conveyed to the commond seweragesystem, they should be dealt with using a solid ground earth slosed system. So-called gray water sewerage is to be arranged in a manner acceptable to the district environmental protection committee.
